Biography

Dean A. Aman is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and has been a member of the Newark community for over twenty years. He is a marriage and family therapist who specializes in cognitive behavior therapy for mood and anxiety disorders.

He uses a variety of psychotherapy techniques and medication management strategies to achieve the best outcomes for his patients and their families. Dean’s clinical experience treating the most extreme cases of mental illness in correctional facilities, psychiatric hospitals, and offender treatment programs is both unique and extensive.

Dean leads a team of dedicated professionals qualified to treat everything from common life adjustment problems to highly complex abuse issues.
